Rachael Hardcastle-Pearce brings 27 years of NHS experience and has been a member of NAVSM for 15 years, including time on the NAVSM Executive Team.
Rachael established the Humber Health Champions model in 2014, creating meaningful volunteering, skills and career opportunities for young people.
Anita Gillen brings 26 years of NHS experience and has also been part of the NAVSM Executive Team for 18 years, bringing extensive expertise in volunteering leadership, strategy and development.
Together, we have taken volunteering to another level.
