Future Spark Collective CIC is a community-focused social enterprise dedicated to inspiring young people, connecting them with opportunity and creating brighter futures.

We believe every young person has a spark — a talent, ambition, idea or potential waiting to grow. With the right support, connections and opportunities, that spark can become confidence, skills and a pathway towards a positive future.

Our Story

Future Spark Collective was created from a passion for young people, volunteering, community development and creating opportunities that make a real difference.

Our work brings together young people, schools, employers, community organisations and partners to create practical, meaningful experiences that help young people discover what they are capable of.

From volunteering and leadership to careers, employability, wellbeing, digital safety and community projects, we believe young people learn best when they are given the opportunity to get involved, have a voice and learn by doing.
